Gratefulness ಕವಿತೆಯ ಸಾರಾಂಶ:
‘Gratefulness’ ಕವಿತೆಯನ್ನು ಜೋಸೆಫ್ ಟಿ. ರೆನಾಲ್ಡಿ ಬರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕವಿತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕವಿ ಕಣ್ಣು ಮತ್ತು ಕಿವಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. ನಾವು ಮಾಡಿದ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಲು ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳು ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಕಿವಿಗಳು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವವರ ಅಳುವನ್ನು ಕೇಳಲು ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕವಿ ತುಟಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸಮಾಧಾನಕರ ಮತ್ತು ಶಾಂತಿಯ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೇಳಲು ತುಟಿಗಳು ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತವೆ. ಇತರರಿಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಮನಸ್ಸು ನಮಗೆ ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ.
ಕಷ್ಟಕರವಾದ ಮತ್ತು ಸುಲಭವಾದ ಕೆಲಸವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡುವ ಕೈಗಳಿಗೆ ಕವಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಕವಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ. ಎಲ್ಲಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ, ಎಲ್ಲರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸುವ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದಕ್ಕೆ ಕವಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾನೆ.
ಅಂತಹ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತನಿಗೆ ಕೃತಜ್ಞರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಕವಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾರೆ. ಅಂಗಗಳ ಸದ್ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಕವಿ ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ.
