1. Adjective and adverb:
He is a slow driver. (An adjective)
He drives slowly. (An adverb)
2. Subject and verb agreement:
She have two cats. (incorrect)
She has two cats. (correct)
3. Pronoun error:
Everybody must bring their own lunch. (incorrect)
Everybody must bring his/her own lunch. (correct)
4. Pragmatic situation:
I am having four brothers and two sisters. (incorrect)
I have four brothers and two sisters. (correct)
(because in pragmatic situation we should use simple present)

5. Before ‘do’ form me must use base form (v1) of the verb:
Does she has a car? (incorrect)
Does she have a car? (correct)
6. Error in preposition:
I came to office by walk. (incorrect)
I came to office on foot. (correct)
7. Error in plural form:
His son-in-laws have come home. (incorrect)
His sons-in-law have come home. (correct)
8. Error in use of article and plural noun:
My sister has a children. (incorrect)
My sister has a child. (correct)
(Don’t use indefinite articles with plural words)
9. Error in use of article and uncountable noun:
I have a black skin. (incorrect)
I have black skin. (correct)
(Don’t use indefinite articles with uncountable nouns)
10. Error in use of infinitives with verb:
I would like to thanks all my friends. (incorrect)
I would like to thank all my friends. (correct)
(Always use base form of the verb with ‘to’)
11. Use indefinite articles before the names of a job or profession:
I am engineering. (incorrect)
I am an engineering. (correct)
12. Use ‘much’ for singular nouns and ‘many’ with plural nouns:
How much people were there? (incorrect)
How many people were there? (correct)
